4. Out of Codex usage? Add ChatGPT Credits

   ChatGPT Credits are OpenAI's pay-as-you-go add-on: when the Codex usage included in your Plus or Pro plan runs out, you keep going on your Credits balance instead of upgrading. According to OpenAI, Credits currently work in Codex, ChatGPT Work and ChatGPT for Excel; your plan's included usage is used first, and Credits are drawn only after that. They are not API credits and are separate from any OpenAI API balance.
