  4. Account security instructions

    Xingqiao Subscriptions collects only what an order needs, and never your account password. For every ChatGPT plan (Go, Plus, Pro and Credits) you paste the Session yourself after paying; the page reads the account email from it, and you confirm and submit. Claude needs the subscription account email, and during setup you forward the one-time login code you receive so support can sign in for you. After you paste the Session and before you submit it, the site uses it to ask ChatGPT what plan the account is on, to judge whether it can be topped up.

    Before ordering, most people worry about whether a top-up service is safe. After ordering, the question that actually comes up is how to use the account so the subscription stays stable. These are two different things and they often get mixed together. This page covers the second one: the classes of account trouble, the actions that genuinely interrupt a subscription, and the order to handle problems in. Everything here stays inside normal single-person use. Xingqiao does not provide or assist with any method of circumventing platform rules.
