Taiwan
Taiwan currently appears in the official availability lists for OpenAI ChatGPT, the OpenAI API, the Anthropic API and Claude.ai.
Hong Kong
Hong Kong does not currently appear in the official OpenAI or Anthropic availability lists. Policies can change, so check again before ordering.
Not currently listed by either provider
Being outside a supported list does not imply one uniform legal or sanctions status, and using a different network route does not create official support. Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba and Venezuela do not currently appear in either provider's official availability list.
Parts of Ukraine
Anthropic currently excludes Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia. OpenAI lists Ukraine with certain exceptions.

No guarantee of bypassing regional limits
A VPN or other network tool does not turn an unsupported region into an officially supported one. Xingqiao does not guarantee access, account stability or continued availability in unsupported regions.
Does a supported site language mean the product is available in my region?
