Privacy policy

1.What we collect

We only collect what it takes to process orders, verify payments and stop abuse.

• Order details: Plan, amount, payment status, order number and payment time.
• Email and contact details: Your payment email, your subscription account email, and any WeChat contact or request you leave when you contact support.
• Top-up credentials: The Session you submit for ChatGPT orders; the one-time login code you pass to support for Claude orders. We never collect account passwords.
• Visit information: When you browse the site, we may use cookies and similar tools to see which pages you visit, what device and browser you use, and where you came from.
• Network address: When you submit top-up details, we convert your network address into a form that can't be reversed and use it only to stop abuse. We don't keep the original address.

2.How we use it

We use it only for your order and to improve the site: we don't sell it, and we don't use it for marketing unrelated to your order.

That covers processing orders, verifying payments and refunds, replying to your questions, preventing abuse, and understanding how the site is used.

3.How the Session is handled

The Session is used only for this top-up: it isn't written to order records or to site logs.

• Before you submit: We use it to check the account's current subscription status and whether it can be topped up.
• After you submit: It goes to the operator to complete this top-up.
• When it expires: It expires on its own when your ChatGPT sign-in expires. Once the top-up is done, you can also log out of all sessions under ChatGPT Settings → Security → Active sessions to invalidate it right away (up to 30 minutes).
• Claude code: The one-time login code is valid only for that login and expires once used.

4.Cookies and third parties

Payments, hosting, messaging and the site AI assistant are provided by third parties, which process data only as needed to provide those services.

• Cookies: They show us how the site is used so we can improve it. You can clear or refuse them in your browser without affecting ordering or payment; the page where you submit top-up details doesn't run visit tracking.
• Payments: Handled by Stripe and WeChat Pay; full card numbers stay with Stripe and we never see them.
• Hosting and messaging: Site hosting, data storage, email and message notifications are provided by third-party services.
• AI assistant: Your question goes to DeepSeek to generate an answer, along with an identifier derived from your IP address that can't be reversed, which DeepSeek uses for content-safety handling. We keep only the question text and the page language, and delete questions after 90 days; we don't keep the answer or link the question to your IP address.
• No credentials, please: Don't type passwords, verification codes or Sessions into the assistant; anything that looks like a credential is blocked before it is sent.

5.Where it's stored and for how long

Order information is stored on servers outside mainland China and kept until it's no longer needed for support and reconciliation.

Questions to the AI assistant are processed by DeepSeek in mainland China. Where the law or reconciliation requires it, we keep records for longer.

6.Your rights

Email support@xingqiaosub.com to view, correct or delete your information.

Include your order number or payment record; we'll act once we've confirmed it's you. Deletion happens once no support is needed, except where the law or reconciliation requires us to keep records.

7.Minors and changes

This service is for users aged 18 or over.

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.
