Payment method instructions
Xingqiao Subscriptions provides domestic users with a managed payment option for subscriptions priced in Chinese yuan (CNY). Users do not need to prepare overseas credit cards by themselves. The actual available payment options are subject to the checkout page.

Choose a plan and payment method
Select the ChatGPT Plus, ChatGPT Pro, Claude Pro or Claude Code plan from the services page or home page pricing area, then choose WeChat Pay or card / Apple Pay (Stripe).
ChatGPT Plus: fill in your details after payment
When paying with Stripe, enter the email you use to sign in to ChatGPT in the email field; after payment you go straight to the "Subscription details" page. For WeChat Pay, scan to pay and click "I’ve paid — enter details" to open the same page. Submit your Session and sign-in email there; the order number (XQ-…) shown at the top of the page is what you use for after-sales inquiries. No account password or verification code is needed at any point.
Other products: enter your subscription account email
For ChatGPT Pro, Claude Pro and Claude Code Max, enter the subscription account email when paying through Stripe, or note the plan name and subscription account email in the WeChat payment message. After paying, add WeChat support with a note saying why you are writing ("claude充值" for Claude, "gpt充值" for ChatGPT) and send your order details. For Claude, support will ask you to forward a one-time login code; your password is never needed.
You pay Singbridge
Users are not required to prepare overseas credit cards by themselves, which is one of the core issues that the Xingqiao Subscriptions service wants to solve. Users pay through the Chinese yuan (CNY) order of Xingqiao Subscriptions and do not need to go to the OpenAI or Anthropic page to bind an overseas card.

Repeat payment
Keep both payment records (for ChatGPT Plus, also provide the order number), and contact customer support to check the subscription status and payment flow.
Payment successful but not activated
For ChatGPT Plus, first confirm your details have been submitted, then contact support with your order number; for other products, contact support with your payment record and subscription account email. Orders with incomplete delivery are subject to refund policy verification.
Can Xingqiao Subscriptions be paid with Alipay or WeChat?
Static pages do not make a permanent commitment. Please refer to the available payment methods displayed on the checkout page at that time.
What do I need to fill in when placing an order?
