It still grants account access, so treat it as sensitive and submit only your own account. ### How to get and submit the Session First sign in to the ChatGPT account you want to top up in a browser on your computer or phone (the ChatGPT app can't give you the Session), then open https://chatgpt.com/api/auth/session, copy the whole page, every last character, and paste it into the "ChatGPT sign-in information" field. A Session is your ChatGPT sign-in state: whoever holds it can use the account as you until it stops working. So Xingqiao Subscriptions uses it in only two places. First, to decide whether the account can be topped up: after you paste it and before you click submit, the site uses it to check the account's current subscription status with ChatGPT. Go, Plus and Pro need a free account with no active subscription, and Credits need an active Plus or Pro plan; the check shows just the plan status and the expiry date. First make sure the top-up succeeded: you have the completion notice, and ChatGPT shows the new plan in the bottom-left corner or in settings. The symptoms and the fix differ completely, and troubleshooting all three at once usually makes things worse. ### Payment-side: the subscription won't activate, or gets revoked after activation The platform has made a judgment about the payment instrument itself. Typical symptoms: payment fails at checkout, the subscription disappears a few days after going live, or a billing anomaly notice arrives. Xingqiao pays through official channels, so this class belongs to fulfillment. Contact support with your order number and we will verify and handle it. ### Environment-side: the sign-in environment is flagged as unusual The network environment used to reach the account jumps across regions in a short window, or the same exit is used by a large number of accounts at once. The fix is to settle on one access environment and stop switching around. ### Usage-side: the way the account is used triggers platform rules Several people using the account at the same time, scripted high-frequency calls against the web version, or content that trips policy review. A ChatGPT subscription normally lands within 3–5 minutes of payment being verified. If the page still shows the old plan, force-refresh first (Ctrl + Shift + R or Cmd + Shift + R). Someone paying with their own overseas card will never hit them; someone on a topped-up subscription needs to know them. ### Do not change or unlink the payment method on the account The subscription was paid through official channels by Xingqiao, and the payment information on the account is tied to that order. Changing or unlinking it reads to the platform as an irregular change of account information, which can interrupt the subscription outright, with no way to recover it. ### Do not cancel on the official page and re-subscribe yourself Cancelling on the official page does not restore the benefit automatically; you would need to place a new order. To upgrade or switch plans, go straight to support. Plus and Claude Pro plans bought from Xingqiao can be upgraded mid-cycle without cancelling, so there is no gap where the old plan is gone and the new one hasn't gone through. ### Do not order again while the current period is still running Subscriptions do not stack within an active period; paying again conflicts with the existing cycle. For renewals, order around the end of the current period at the time support indicates, rather than paying early. ### Keep your order number The ChatGPT order number (XQ-…) appears at the top of the "submit top-up details" page. Copy it when you order. For Claude orders, keep the payment record and the subscription account email. Support verifies against exactly this information. ## Six guidelines for long-term stable use These are not tricks. They are the normal single-person use that the OpenAI and Anthropic terms ask for in the first place. Follow them and the large majority of accounts run cleanly through the full subscription period. ### One account, one person Plus, Pro and Max plans are all designed for a single person. Several people online at once is one of the most easily recognised irregular patterns. Signing in on multiple devices is fine in itself — just keep active use to one device at a time. ### Keep the access region stable Settle on the network environment you use day to day and stay in the same region long term. Jumping between regions day to day affects how an account is assessed far more than how much you use it. Auto-routing and "automatically pick the fastest global node" features are worth turning off. ### Use official entry points only Use the official domains and official clients. Mirror sites, reverse proxies and third-party relay endpoints all leave recognisable traces in the request, and being recognised means high risk. If you have used a relay tool before, clear out any leftover endpoint configuration on your machine as well — the client will still read it at startup otherwise. ### Use the official API for anything automated Web and desktop client accounts that are detected making scripted high-frequency calls get restricted directly. When you have batch or automated work, the official API is the only path that doesn't cross a line, and it keeps that load off the subscription account entirely. ### Keep content within platform policy Ordinary work, study, writing and programming use never trips review. Content involving minors is a zero-tolerance item. Prompts that repeatedly try to get around model limits accumulate on the record, and enough of them turn into account-level restrictions. ### Keep a normal rhythm There is no need to ration yourself — the quota exists to be used. But a dozen sessions open at once firing requests without pause is closer to a stress test than to normal use.
