Xingqiao is run by an independent developer, independent of OpenAI and Anthropic. We are not a company and we do not claim to be an official partner. We build trust through a clear service process, fixed support channels, and verifiable order records.

## Service boundaries
- Subscriptions and Agentic AI onboarding consulting are billed separately; consulting is ¥699/hour.
- You must be 18 or older to order. Disputes are resolved by negotiation.
- Features, limits and regional availability are controlled by OpenAI or Anthropic.
## Notes
- Prices are as shown at checkout. For every ChatGPT plan, Credits included, paste your Session and confirm the email after payment. For Claude, add WeChat support and send the subscription email and a one-time login code. Neither needs your password.
- Xingqiao Subscriptions is run by an independent developer with no affiliation to OpenAI or Anthropic.
