Top up your own ChatGPT / Claude account — your data stays yours.

For everyday chat, writing and images, start with ChatGPT Plus (¥165/month). If you only use it now and then, ChatGPT Go (¥99/month) is cheaper but has lower limits than Plus. If you want AI to edit your code and run scripts for you, pick Claude Pro (¥185/month). Upgrade when you run short; there's no need to start on a high-usage plan.

The account has to be on the free plan with no active subscription before it can be topped up, so wait for the current one to expire. Plus or Claude Pro bought from Xingqiao is the exception: you can upgrade it mid-cycle. See "Can I upgrade if I run out of usage?" below. Credits are the opposite: the account needs an active Plus or Pro plan.

Neither. Xingqiao only sets up subscriptions on your own account. We don't register accounts, and we don't sell pre-made or shared ones. Get an account ready first, with an email you can verify and a login that works.

The account must have had a paid Claude plan before, or have passed identity verification. The registration region, the verified phone number's region and where you usually use it from must all match; the US is currently recommended. The account also has to be on the free plan right now. If any of this doesn't hold, setup will fail, so check before you pay.

Pay with WeChat Pay, or with Alipay, a card or Apple Pay (charged in HKD; your Alipay or bank statement shows the final amount). Individuals can only pay monthly. Teams of 20 or more who want an annual plan can ask WeChat support for a quote.

ChatGPT orders use the Session instead of your account password. Sign in to ChatGPT in a browser on your computer or phone (the app won't give you one), open chatgpt.com/api/auth/session and copy everything on the page. After paying, paste it on the "Enter your info" page, confirm the email and submit. Claude doesn't use a Session: after paying, add support, give them your email and a one-time code, and support signs in to set it up.

No. The Session is used only for this one top-up: we check the account's current subscription before you submit, then complete the top-up, and that's all. It never goes into our database or our logs.

ChatGPT usually arrives 3 to 5 minutes after the payment is confirmed; WeChat orders wait until we've matched the payment. Claude orders are handled by support, who will tell you the timing. Once you sign in and see the plan on your account, it's active.

Yes, as long as you bought the subscription from Xingqiao. Plus can go up to any Pro tier (Standard usage about 5×, More usage about 20× or Maximum power about 50× usage) and Claude Pro to Max 5x / 20x, without waiting for it to expire. The upgrade price is the new plan price minus remaining days × ¥6, and a fresh 30 days starts on the day you upgrade. Ask WeChat support for a quote. If you've only run out of Codex usage and want to keep your plan, you can add ChatGPT Credits instead (500 credits from ¥199, 1000 from ¥398). The account needs an active Plus or Pro subscription.

When ChatGPT expires, the account drops back to the free plan and you just place a new order. For Claude, contact support to renew before it expires. Renewals are charged at that month's price, and if you don't renew in time the subscription lapses.

If we can't set up your order, we refund it in full once we've checked. We don't refund an active subscription because you changed your mind. If OpenAI or Anthropic later restricts or bans the account, that's their call, and it usually isn't refundable either. The usage guidelines cover the common pitfalls, so read them first.

Yes, an ordinary e-invoice. Orders of ¥1000 or more add a 5% invoicing fee; smaller orders pay a flat ¥40 per invoice. After paying, send WeChat support the invoice title (company name) and tax ID.
