Why is a password or temporary login authorization needed?
Checkout does not collect passwords. After payment, to complete a ChatGPT subscription, support explains the purpose; you may provide temporary login credentials and any necessary one-time verification code, never a recovery code.
Will Xingqiao view my chats?
Valid login authorization has account access capability while it remains valid. Support only enters subscription and billing pages and does not view, search, or operate chat content, so we do not claim it is technically impossible to see chats.
After top-up, how do I confirm my login has been signed out?
Support signs out of your account after completing the subscription. You can also verify it yourself: in ChatGPT Settings → Security, review the devices that are logged in, sign out any device you do not recognize, and change the temporary password immediately. This confirms the fulfillment login is no longer active and your account is yours alone.
What happens if my account is banned or flagged by risk control?
If the account is banned or flagged by the official service during the subscription period, the remaining value is refunded pro-rata by days of use, following the official rules; payment fees and taxes are not refunded. When you order, support will guide you on lowering risk-control exposure (for example, verifying new accounts first and avoiding frequent logins from different locations).
Do new Claude accounts need to be verified first?
Claude may require account verification when topping up, especially for new accounts. We recommend verifying a new account first (you can search "Claude verification" on Xianyu for help) and ordering only after verification passes, to avoid a stuck order.
Can I buy a pre-made or shared account?
No. Xingqiao does not sell registered accounts, shared accounts, or accounts with historical data. Use a ChatGPT account you own and can log in to normally.
Can I order without an account?
Do not order yet. First prepare an account you own, whose email can be verified, and that you can log in to normally. Xingqiao does not provide account registration, pre-made accounts, or shared accounts.
What billing periods are supported?
Monthly billing by default. Claude supports annual billing (one-time payment for 12 months); ChatGPT does not support official annual billing. For annual plans, contact support to confirm the exact price and terms.
How do I renew a monthly subscription?
Contact support to renew before the monthly subscription expires. The renewal price follows the current month's rate — confirm it before paying. If you do not renew in time, the subscription lapses.
Can you issue an invoice?
Yes. We issue ordinary e-invoices (VAT) with an additional 3% tax. After payment, contact WeChat support and provide the billing details (invoice title).
Is there a referral reward?
Yes. When a friend orders, they note your nickname; your second renewal then gets 2% cashback on the order total.
