# Account security instructions
Xingqiao Subscriptions collects only the minimum information required to process the order. Ordinary subscription orders require the subscription account email address by default, and do not treat "absolute security" as an unverifiable promise.

## What information is needed for an order
### Subscription account email
Used to identify the ChatGPT or Claude account to be processed, which is the core information for ordinary subscription orders.
### Payment history
Used to check order status, repeated payments, refund applications and after-sales processing.
### Contact information
Used to handle abnormal orders, account status confirmation or refund communication.
## Password and verification code boundaries
Do not send passwords, long-term verification codes or recovery codes to any third party. If an abnormal process requires temporary cooperation, the cause and handling method should be confirmed first.
### Ordinary subscriptions do not collect passwords on the page
The ordinary subscription order field on the Xingqiao checkout page is the subscription account email address, and it is not required to submit the account password on the public page.
